* Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

* Austronix HUB reserves the right to cancel any order if:

* There is a pricing or technical error.
* Fraudulent activity is suspected.
2. Returns and Replacements
You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery, if:
* You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
* The product is missing parts or accessories.
* To initiate a return, please contact us with your order ID, reason for return, and supporting photos or videos (if applicable).
Returned products must be:
* Unused and in original condition.
* Packed with all original tags, boxes, and accessories.
* Products that are used, damaged after delivery, or altered are not eligible for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
* Perishable goods (like food or groceries).
* Digital products or downloadable software.
* Personal care, hygiene, or innerwear items.
* Custom-made or personalized products.

4. Refund Process

5. Late or Missing Refunds

6. Exchange Policy
