We partner with trusted courier and logistics companies to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
Within Tamil Nadu: 2–4 business days
Rest of India: 4–7 business days
Remote areas: 7–10 business days
Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, or other external factors.
3. Shipping Charges
* Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and product weight.
* Occasionally, we may offer free shipping on selected products or during promotional periods.
4. Order Tracking
* Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email or SMS.
* You can track your order in real-time using the courier’s official website or the “Track Order” section on our platform.
5. Address Accuracy
* Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and pin code are accurate at the time of checkout.
* Austronix HUB is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
* If your package is delayed, we will work closely with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
* If a delivery attempt fails due to your unavailability, the courier may retry or return the package to us.
* Returned orders may be re-shipped upon your request (additional charges may apply).
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
* If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please do not accept it and report it to our support team immediately.
* If your package is lost in transit, we will investigate and provide a replacement or refund as per our policy.
8. International Shipping
Currently, Austronix HUB ships only within India. International shipping will be introduced in the future.
